Unable to synchronize information from Blackbaud

If you are unable to synchronize information from Blackbaud or any information is missing after synchronization:
- Re-authorize SKY API (click on the toggle SKY API Authorized)
- You need to make sure that you have the correct roles in the Blackbaud account as an admin (More information about roles can be found here)
Here is the list of permissions needed:
An environment admin
The platform manager role
The SKY API Data Sync security role
After that, please refresh the page and try to sync the data one more time.
Kindly note that we highly recommend syncing Advisory and Academics separately. If you have already synced the data in this way, please contact support@ptcwizard.com with the terms and sections for sync. Agents will need to delete the data and re-sync it one more time.
