- This is a partial integration.
- Data is imported using CSV files.
- Authentication is handled by MyBackpack. The parents enter their MyBackpack username/password into their PTC Wizard login page, and we send that information to SeniorSystems/MyBackpack for authentication. The passwords are never saved in our system. This is not a full SSO (Single Sign-On) because the user still needs to enter a username and password.
- Hopefully, in the future we will add a sync tool similar to Blackbaud.
Please, note that the usernames in the CSV files should be the same as in SeniorSystems/MyBackpack. There is no need to provide the correct passwords in the files though - they are automatically pulled from the system's servers via the Endpoint URL (an admin would need to contact SeniorSystems/MyBackpack support team for it and paste it in the corresponding field in the Integration tab on the admin website).
To change the integration type to SeniorSystems/MyBackpack: Admin site > Settings > Integration > SeniorSystems/MyBackpack.
