Overbooking is a feature that allows more than one parent to reserve the same timeslot with a teacher or team. This option is particularly useful for group meetings or situations where multiple parents need to participate in the same conference session.
This option can be enabled for each day of your conference individually. Here is how to do it:
1. Navigate to All Events → Edit → Open the gear icon (Advanced Settings).
2. Check Allow Overbooking box → Click Save to apply changes.
3. Now you can adjust the number of seats. For this, go to the Schedules tab. For each teacher or team, adjust the number of seats to define how many parents can book the same timeslot → Click Save.
Ensure that the relevant teachers or teams are invited to the conference before adjusting seat numbers. Done!
