Who Receives Them: Welcome emails are dispatched to parents who have never used PTC Wizard and have not previously logged into the system. These emails are aimed at making the onboarding process smoother for first-time users.


What's Included: In these emails, parents will find their email, username, and a link to the parent site. This information will help them get started and engage with the platform effortlessly.


How It Works: These emails are generated automatically and sent out to every parent from your school. They include the recipient's email, username, and a link to the parent site. You have the flexibility to select the best time for sending these emails. Please reach out to support@ptcwizard.com to schedule sending the emails. 




Reminder Emails:


Who Receives Them: Reminder emails are sent to all parents and teachers listed in the Parent and Teacher Directory. These emails serve as a nudge to parents and teachers who may need a gentle reminder to log in or access their child's school-related information.


What's Included: In these emails, parents and teachers will find their email, username, and a link to the parent and teacher site.


How It Works: These emails are generated automatically and sent out to every parent and teacher from your school. They include the recipient's email, username, and a link to the parent site. You have the flexibility to select the best time for sending these emails. Please reach out to support@ptcwizard.com to schedule sending the emails.



Workaround Option:


If you've uploaded parent and teacher data via CSV and prefer an alternative method, you can access the credentials listed in this file to provide parents and teachers with their login details directly. Additionally, parents and teachers can take control of their password reset process by visiting the parent or teacher website, clicking on 'Forgot Password,' and following the simple steps to reset their password independently.
