Active Records in the Directory:
Active records in the Directory represent contacts or users who are currently active and have access to our system. These individuals include parents, teachers, students and teams. Users with active records can log in and do some system-related tasks.
Archived Records in the Directory:
When a contact or user becomes inactive, administrators can move their record to the "Archived" status.
Archived records are restricted from scheduling conferences or making changes but can still access historical data.
Administrators have the option to restore archived records to active status by clicking on the “edit” and “restore” buttons in archived records.
How do I access archived records?
To find active and archived records in the Directory administrators should click on the arrow on the right side of a search button.
