We currently don’t offer the option to add additional administrator accounts. However, if you’d like to grant admin access to another person, you’re welcome to share your existing administrator credentials with them (the simplest option is to provide the username and password directly to the person who needs access)
Our system fully supports multiple logins under the same account. This means that two (or more) administrators can be logged in at the same time from different computers without interrupting each other’s sessions.
Should you wish to update the login information for the administrator account, please submit a support ticket with the new username and password you would like to set - we will be more than happy to take care of it!
