Uninstalling the Zoom integration is as easy as installing it.


Step 1:

Log into your PTC Wizard account.  If you do not know the address for your PTC Wizard account, contact your school administrator that manages the schools PTC Wizard system.

Step 2:

Open your account settings by clicking the Account Settings link at the upper right corner of the page.





Step 3:

Uncheck the checkbox for "Allow Zoom Meetings"

This will remove the integration between PTC Wizard and Zoom.  No further action is required.



Step 4:  


Deactivate PTC Wizard from Zoom Marketplace


After you uninstall the Zoom integration, you need to deactivate the PTC Wizard app from the Zoom Marketplace in order to make sure that the PTC Wizard app no longer has the ability to connect to your account.

When you deactivate the PTC Wizard from your Zoom account, we will purge any data obtained from Zoom in accordance with our data retention policy.  

Deactivating PTC Wizard from the Zoom Marketplace will not close your PTC Wizard account or any of your PTC Wizard data.  Your school administrator will be able to do that on your behalf.



To deactivate PTC Wizard Integration with Zoom:

  • Log into your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps , Or search for the PTC Wizard App
  • Click the PTC Wizard App
  • Click Uninstall
