To import the list of your teachers to PTC Wizard, you need to use a CSV file.
For this purpose, please use the template attached to this article.
The name of the file must remain teachers.
Also, I would kindly ask you not to add/remove any fields or alter the field names - they must be exactly as in the template.
Below you can find more information on each field in the file:
- 'title' can be left empty but must not be removed; it should be used for honorifics (e.g. Mr, Ms, Mrs, Dr etc).
- 'first_name', 'last_name', 'email' and 'password' are the required fields and should be filled out accordingly.
- 'room' can be left empty but must not be removed.
- 'classes' can be used to specify departments, subjects, or courses (Arts, Science, Math etc).
Once ready, please email the file at support@ptcwizard.com so that we could check it before uploading.
