If you add a teacher using Create New button and they do not show on the list, the reasons may be the following:


  • There is an archived record of this teacher in the system already because it was deleted earlier. To check if the teacher was archived, go to Directory > Teacher Listing, click the down arrow next to the search bar and choose Archived RecordsTo bring the teacher back to the directory list, click on their profile and hit Restore.


  • The email field was left empty so the system did not save the entry. Make sure you always specify an email for teachers as it is also used as their login.


  • Newly added staff members end up at the bottom of the list - please scroll down the directory first to check if they are there. To alphabetize the list, click the circular arrow as shown below:
