The parent site includes a built-in walk-through feature designed to help parents quickly become familiar with the main components of the page and how to use them effectively.

  • If a parent does not yet have any appointments, the walk-through may automatically begin as soon as they log in to the page. A parent should click on Let's Begin button.

  • Parents can revisit the walk-through at any time by clicking the Help button located in the top navigation bar (picture number 2). This makes it easy to refresh their knowledge or review any steps they may have missed earlier.

There are two walk-throughs available for parents:

Agenda View Walk-through: Guides parents through using the agenda-style layout of their appointments (picture number 1).

Schedule View Walk-through: Explains how to navigate the schedule. To access this walk-through, a parent needs to click on the Help button while on the booking page (Choose the conference → Add/Edit meeting) (picture number 3).
