If your school does not allow for parent registrations through the PTC Wizard app, then you will only be allowed to sign into PTC Wizard using the credentials provided to you by the school or through a single sign-on option if available.
First, make sure you are on the correct PTC Wizard login page by verifying the name of the school underneath the PTC Wizard logo.
Now, enter the credentials you received from your school to sign into PTC Wizard.
