Your URL’s will be changed.


The subdomains, usernames and passwords all remain the same, however the end of the URL has now changed as follows.


If there is a district account, the URL will be http://subdomain.ptcwizard.com/district/

The school account URL will be http://subdomain.ptcwizard.com/school (each school has their own subdomain, same as previously).

The parent URL will be http://subdomain.ptcwizard.com/parent

The teacher URL will be http://subdomain.ptcwizard.com/teacher


Integrated Accounts - Uploading Data


There are two ways to upload your CSV files:

1 - Through your school site. If you log in to the schools site go to the Settings section and select Integration on the left side toolbar. You can then select integration type and drag and drop the 5 files. The files should be uploaded and processed immediately.

2 - You can upload your integration files to our FTP server. Uploading the files with FTP might be useful for you if you want to set up an import on a scheduled basis.

If you wish to have a standalone account (no integration), you will only need to upload a teachers file. You can find the format on your school account. When you log in, you can select settings and select integration on the left side toolbar. You can then click on integration type and scroll down to none. Then download the CSV file and fill out the teachers information. The file is called teachers.csv and it is on the right side of the page.
