1) To modify a teacher's schedule, select the appropriate conference and a day (or all days), select Teacher or Team and start typing the name in the text box. Select the person you wish to proceed with, and hit Submit.


2) To create a break, click on the small button to the left of the time box. Once selected, the time slot will be greyed out and marked as not available on the parents’ end.


3) To add an appointment on behalf of the parent, click on the empty parent text box. A new popup will appear - type in the parent's name and select the relevant child. Hit Set Appointment.


4) In order to delete an appointment, hit the trashcan to the right of the relevant row and then press Save.


5) To create or delete a mass break for all staff at the same time (i.e a dinner break), use the Advanced tab instead of the search tab along the right of the screen. Simply select the conference, day and time and hit Submit


Please, note that once you create a general break for all the staff in the Advanced tab, all the appointments that teachers have during this time frame will be overwritten. In this case, to avoid confusion we highly recommend to create such mass breaks before teachers and/or parents have made any appointments.
